btw, i realised when someone asked me about the title of the song in the previous post that i didn't state it, anyway it's "Stars are Blind" by Paris Hilton, and that person mentioned i was a little shallow since i only mentioned the part where the model flirts with the photographer, and that's not very becoming to imply that i advocate it.

i wondered, what is so unbecoming about flirting? flirting is not casual sex! especially if you wanted that kind of look with your images/videos (as in the paris hilton video). perhaps if i was attached, flirting with my models won't go down too well with my better half but alas, i'm as single as the iceberg that the titanic hit (ok bad example.. sorry!).

anywayz, if i need to redeem myself, it's this: i love the video because i like paris hilton and the video is well done in my opinion. the monochrome works with the contrasty lighting, and the song is catchy, and witty with hidden meanings. go look up the lyrics and think naughty!

sex or sexuality is a big part of (some/most of) our lives, it's how we perceive it and act upon it that reflects on oneself. i still dun feel i am discounting or degrading myself when i say flirting is (or can be) good. i dun have qualify my statement.

had a great time with some friends and friends' of friends with korean food, chocs and booze - try this combination, seems to work well! playing host is quite fun, u know every conversation only lasts 5 mins at the most, cos after that u need to go to some other part of the party and do something (like force cheryl to drink her warm champaign that she was holding in her hand for the last 45 mins). wonder if she reads my blog...

anywayz, was great meeting up with roy and vanes today, i am ever so amused by their "couple communication", hahaha.. i think he'll know wat i'm talking about, hor boss?? heheeh.

But.. i have writer's block. I have been staring at the screen thinking of what to write and it's not coming out.

So much for such a simple question.

Went to Delvin's ROM today, congratulations to him. Caught up with Shervon, she came over for the first time to see my place and she liked it. Yes, this place is lovely and unique.

This has been a quiet month in terms of weddings, but still plenty of editing to do with quite a few books sent for print, i think in total i will be sending out almost 10 books for print within the span of less than a month. That's alot of books (and money) to be sending out! Other than those, i've been busy with my new website (it's up now, thanx to all that gave your valuable comments), and shooting non-weddings, as you can see from some of the images below.

Shervon asked me to go to bangkok on labour day weekend, just to chill out and shop. i'm not much of a travellor, but maybe i'll just bring the f100 and shoot film all the way, with only one prime, i'd like the 35/2 but then i dun have it, so maybe the 50/1.4... then again do i REALLY need the camera? can't i enjoy something without it being photographically related. maybe just a digicam, which shervon has, i'll just take ownership of it for the few days and shoot more of her. heh..

have to get back to her on whether i wanna go. i guess since she's able to upgrade rooms thru her company it could be just fun to sit in the hotel and do nothing. does my head need clearing? well, the normal answer is no, but then if i dig deeper, i'm sure there's stuff that i need to sort out internally, i guess i'm just good at not letting bad things affect me that much. i mean, how bad can it be? my life, and if you're reading this, yours too, isn't really that bad. i think i read somewhere that if you're online, you're the top dunno how many % of fortunate pple in this world. that that percentage is low.

ok writer's block again. and just the other day i was thinking about continuing my story for "Two Worlds". damn... where's all the inspiration.

yeah, let's go to bangkok for inspiration..... yes or no?

Finally launched the website proper after months of tweaking with plenty of procrastination thrown in for good measure! This is the first major revamp since the website came live about 2 years ago, so it's HIGH time for a change.

Technically it's still not fully complete as we're still working on the opening flash sequence. however, it's still good to go and would appreciate your honest and sincere comments, and of course any bugs you face, as i don't have access to all platforms and browser types.

Many thanx to Geoff Liang (his contact can be found in the website) as my flash designer, for working tirelessly despite his busy commitments!
